Cost Management and Control, part of Projectcontrols365 Project Management service we offer, lets you manage your project costs quickly and easily, whether you are billing for project work, managing a capital asset project, or tracking internal project costs – reducing your administrative overhead with highly automated and streamlined project costing processes.

We are able to fully integrate solution which allow project-centric organizations to capture and account for project time, expenses, costs, and commitments from across the their various Application Suite’s, or through third party integrations. Our Standardized cost collection processes and a common small or large scale project experience across construction and infrastructure disciplines, the enterprise deliver expedited project costing, budgetary controls capabilities and timely visibility into validated expenditures. The administrative burden of managing project costs is reduced with a common standard for project cost collection across the enterprise applications or third-party solutions; with a consistent user interface for collecting costs across the Oracle Fusion Cloud applications which is easily configurable by end-users to meet business needs. 

Whether capturing costs for purchase requisitions and orders, expense reports, supplier invoices, goods shipped on a project sales order, or material requests sourced from inventory, the cost capture elements are defined consistently across applications. All while providing the flexibility to support the needs of each individual document type, for example whether costs captured may be billable or capitalizable. Business user-configured rules control and regulate the types of expenditure charged against a project and are easily managed using optimized user interfaces.

Additionally, cost rate schedules for both labour and non-labour resources are easily maintained through a single simple user interface while payroll costs can be imported from any payroll system and distributed to project or general ledger accounts based on defined labour schedules. One-stop project cost processing A simplified process for importing, validating, pricing and burdening project cost transactions from multiple sources reduces the administrative overhead and significantly streamlines traditional cost processing. Project managers and accountants can see fully priced project costs prior to the expenditure.

Our Proven Track Record

Projectcontrols365 are involved with the provision of Planning Engineering Consultancy Services (PEC) in connection with the Diriyah Gate Cultural Asset projects in Addiriyah, Saudi Arabia. As consultants on this prestigious project, Projectcontrols365 in partnership with Lucas Monroe Ltd will be providing technical expertise relating to Planning Engineering through-out the life cycle of the DGDA project. As part of the PEC, P365 are responsible for provision of technical tools required for establishing time control and the provision of end to end project controls reporting requirements. 

Supported a corporate transformation for a large general contractor with operations in South America, Europe, and Africa and a portfolio of more than £3 billion in assets. We supported the selection, training, and deployment of the client’s cost and programme team. This work also included implementation of the Last Planner System and various project controls reporting tools.

Programme Management Services

Our Consultants are Senior construction project planner’s/controller’s and with Forensic Delay Analysis experience and more than 20 years’ experience working for main contractors in Civil, Construction of residential & commercial/infrastructure, fit out, MEP, utilities, Oil & Gas plant manufacturing and decommissioning & process engineering, Power, Rail & manufacturing planning disciplines.

 

We have Planned projects with a portfolio totalling £1Bn to date. P365 possess extensive experience in construction project planning and controls across the full RIBA lifecycle from tender to onsite delivery of any complex residential/commercial or infrastructure projects. Our consultants can work autonomously or as part of our clients pre-construction teams to assist with programme inputs/requirements/delivery.

 

Design, Procurement & Delivery

 

We are able to provide your estimators/commercial and design teams with programme guidance during the tendering phase. Working alongside your supply chain to achieve start on site dates and subsequent delivery of operations during the operations phase on site. We work with the projects subcontractors and can liaise effectively with site teams assisting them with visibility and guidance on onsite metrics to achieve and to aid effective project delivery on time and within budgeted cost. We can develop and plan all Site Logistics, we are also able to assist with forensic delay analysis where required should any claims arise.

 

Project/Cost/Performance Control

P365 can provide assured assistance on mitigation strategies within design & procurement teams to avoid trade interface delays. P365 will manage and coordinate with trades onsite and provide guidance and track works as built as well as incorporating weekly, biweekly and monthly look ahead for accurate monitoring, to meet commercial month-end valuations.
