The model contains 50+ reports and dashboards ranging from high-level information down to detailed drilled down insights. The model is determinist in its nature and only converts primavera data into information, this model does not create or generate project data, rather it takes data from its source (PrimaveraP6 and convert project data into meaningful insights, KPIs and several important metrics which project teams usually ignore but can serve as detailed pointers into potential project or programme risks.
