    We provide consultation to help you set up a fully automated project and portfolio performance reporting system.

    P365 will initially review the structure of your project controls process and work towards enhancement and improvements prior to implementation of a fully automated data driven solution. Our consultation services will provide your team with the required training that will assist with getting them onboard with system, process and use case detail.
